Is setup really free?
Yes. We design and build your site at no charge. You pay $250 up front, which covers your first two years of hosting and care, and only after you've seen and approved your free demo. Nothing is due until you say yes.
Why a two-year minimum?
Setup takes real work, so the two-year start lets us offer it free. After two years it's $125 a year, and you can stop anytime.
Will people be able to find my site on Google?
Yes. SEO (search engine optimization) is everything that helps Google understand your site and show it when people search for what you do. Every site we build includes it in the price: clear page titles and descriptions, your business details tagged so Google can read them, a sitemap, and fast, phone-friendly pages.
If SEO is included, why would I need Google Search Console setup?
SEO is how your site is built; Search Console is how you talk to Google about it. It's Google's free dashboard, set up in your own Google account, where you tell Google your site exists, send it your sitemap so your pages get listed sooner, see which searches show your site, and get alerts if Google has trouble reading it. Your site can be found without it, but it usually gets listed faster and you can see how people find you. We can set it up for $50, or you can do it yourself with our free step-by-step guide.
Do I have to do the writing?
No. We start from your social pages, reviews and anything already online, then ask you only for what's missing.
What does one round of revisions mean?
Before launch you send us one list of changes and we make them all. More rounds are $50 each. After launch, up to four small changes a year are included.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain name and your content. If you ever leave, you can have the site's files.
What if I don't renew?
Nothing is charged automatically. After a 30-day grace period the site comes down, and the files are yours upon request.
Can people book or pay on the site?
Yes, as add-ons: a booking button (Square, Calendly) or a payment link (Stripe), $75 each. Card details never touch your site. These outside services may charge their own fees, such as a monthly plan or a per-payment fee.
Do you work outside my area?
Yes. We're based on Long Island, New York, and work with clients anywhere by phone, video and email.
